Our Core Team

Our core team embraces:

Partner, Valerie van der Klis, PMP

Valerie van der Klis has been in the project management industry since 1997.  She started as a project administrator in the project management industry and worked herself up through all the various project management roles i.e. project leader / manager / programme manager.  The companies that Valerie worked for were in the Consulting field providing project management services to a number of companies in different industries i.e. IT,  Finance, Freight, Banking, Food and Beverages.  The services provided to these clients include project delivery of technical implementations to business process improvement implementations.  Currently Valerie is working for an ICT company in South Africa as a programme manager and has been involved in the development of a Central Project Management Office.

Valerie is very involved with volunteering for PMI as a member on the OPM3 ® 2008 Update Core Team as well as the South Africa Chapter.  Valerie is extremely passionate about sharing the benefits of good organisational project management practices with her peers especially when it assists organisations improve existing processes for their benefit.

sorenpic1.jpg Managing Partner, Søren Porskrog, MBA, SCPM, BA-Fin, BA-Mar, MSP, OPM3C-C, PMP

Søren Porskrog has been in the project management industry since the early 90’s. Through his focus on dynamism and growth in all of life’s relationships he has created, facilitated and supported dynamism and growth for his customers in a vast amount of cases in strategy and project management. He has worked with a number of blue-chip companies in different industries as for example IT, Finance, Banking, Professional Services, Freight and Construction.  The services provided to these clients include strategic business development, program and project delivery of technical and business process improvement initiatives.

Søren has been involved with volunteering for PMI as a member on the OPM3 ® 2008 Update Core Team where he has been team lead for the marketing team as well as for the team responsible for the development of the model’s foundational organisational assessment criteria.

In addition to his work with customers he is currently preparing his doctorate research proposal in programme management at Cranfield University.

Philip Scherr has been in the project management industry since the late 90’s.

With a focus on optimizing and improving business results he has developed methodologies for improving and realizing business change. The core of realizing business change is programme- and project management.

Philip is dedicated to project managment through his daily practice, but also throug training and coaching clients in improving their project management skills.

He has worked with a large number of companies in different industries such as IT, Finance, Insurance, Shipping and Medical.

Philip holds a MSc in Management from Copenhangen Business School, is a certified Prince2 Project Manager and is a certified Six Sigma process improvement consultant.
